Plan a boating visit, find authorized fishing access and enjoy the waterfront in our river town.
In planning · Not open for booking
Main Street has shared plans for a new Delaware City campground, with an opening possible as soon as 2027. This is a proposed target, not a confirmed opening date. Reservations, rates and campsite details are not confirmed here.
Fishing
Use authorized public fishing access and respect posted restrictions. Marina and ferry docks are not automatically public fishing areas—ask the operator for permission before entering or casting a line. Keep boat and ferry operations clear.
Check Delaware’s current fishing-license and FIN requirements, exemptions, seasons, size limits and catch limits. Stay out of restricted marshes and private property; avoid disturbing wetland vegetation.
